29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Heritage Shores Development, Whistling Duck Drive near Wilson Farm Rd, Bridgeville DE 19933 - North Side of Framed Structure: Employees were working at heights of approximately 12 feet without fall protection and exposed to falls while conducting residential framing construction onsite as observed on or about 9/21/2022. Green Masters Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1600152, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/20/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 460 Route 22 The Ridge At Readington - Building 2 Whitehouse Station, NJ 08889.
