29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1):Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds were not be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as follows: On or about August 25, 2022 Employees were working from the upper level of a scaffold that was not fully planked, exposing employees to fall hazard of approximately 15 feet to lower ground level. The Juan Carlos Gonzalez dba JC Gonzalez Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451 (b) (1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1567782, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/15/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 6860 Verandah Way Irving, TX 75039.
