29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2):Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: Goldthread LLC,. 134 Avocado St. Springfield, MA. On or about August 3, 2022, the employer did not ensure the fire extinguishers located in the following locations were inspected monthly. a) Storage area outside of supervisors office. b) Storage area near garage exit door. c) Storage area near electrical closet door. Goldthreads, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.157 (e) 2, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1571865 citation number 1, item number 2c and was affirmed as a final order on 6/01/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 134 Avocado St, Springfield.
