29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) F/V Pacific Producer - On or about July 20, 2022, the employer did not provide a hazard communications program for employees working on the vessel, to include, but not limited to, ammonia, rust remover and acid cleaner, Sanite 75, disinfectant, and FRM 63 CB, exposing employees to health and fire hazards. East West Seafood's LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1295664, repeat citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 4, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at F/V Pacific Producer at 7001 Seaview Ave N.W., Seattle, WA 98117.
