OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees 29 CFR 1910.269(l)(8)(ii): For each employee exposed to hazards from electric arcs, the employer did not make a reasonable estimate of the incident heat energy to which the employee could be exposed: Location: Eversource underground vault TNV 675A at Bowdoin St, Boston, MA On or about July 12, 2022, employees were not provided with adequate FR clothing designed to mitigate their exposure to incident heat energies during maintenance work on 277/480V network protectors.
