29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe-boards, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about 06/26/2022 - Lot #1341 Park Crest Run, Chelsea, AL, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet while placing shingles on a steep-sloped (6:12) roofing system. Rodolfo Marquez was previously cited for a second repeat-serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1444230, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/05/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1012 Mountain Laurel, (Lot #79), Moddy, AL.
