29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels are not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Mike Krueger dba Altogether Roofing LLC., does not ensure employees were protected from falls while conducting residential roofing construction activities on the second (roof) level of a residential single family home, while exposed to a fall of approximately 20 feet or greater to the ground below. This violation was most recently observed on or about June 22, 2022 at a jobsite located at 3359 Stonebrooke Ln. Maumee OH, 43537. To abate this citation, the employer must demonstrate that fall protection is provided and being used by its employees when working more than 6 feet from the lower level.
