29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section. Jobsite - On or about June 15, 2022, employees were not protected from a fall of approximately 20 feet from the ladder jack scaffold set up on the front of the building, where employees had accessed it to place siding material on the work shelf and did not utilize fall protection. LG Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1396884, citation number 1, item number 3b and was affirmed as a final order on August 16, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 149 Portsmouth Ave. in Strafford, NH
