29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On or about June 7, 2022, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 20 feet while working without fall protection from pitched roof surfaces. Antonio Yupa Mugulema DBA Antonio Yupa Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1492763, citation 2, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 15, 2021, with respect to a worksite located at 7342 Lakeside Drive, Frankfort, Illinois. Antonio Yupa Mugulema DBA Antonio Yupa Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1244974, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 3, 2017, with respect to a worksite located at 19500 Blyth Way, Mokena, Illinois. Antonio Yupa Mugulema DBA Antonio Yupa Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1238260, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 3, 2017, with respect to a worksite located at 7615 Bookside Glen Drive, Tinley Park, Illinois. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
