29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new chemical hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area. a. Throughout the Facility: On or about June 3, 2022, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that employees were not trained on the hazards of chemicals including, but not limited to, hydraulic oil, degreasers, compressed oxygen, compressed acetylene and propane used by employees in the performance of daily assigned duties.
