29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located, and identified so that they were readily accessible: (a) On or about June 1, 2022, at or near 1910 50th Street West Suite H Williston, ND, where the employer did not mount or make a portable fire extinguisher readily accessible to employees. The fire extinguisher located in a Conex box was not mounted and access was blocked making the fire extinguisher not readily accessible.
