29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested: On or about June 1, 2022, at this establishment, an employee was required to wear an elastomeric, half-face, negative-pressure, tight-fitting respirator. The employer did not ensure the employee underwent fit testing within one year of the last fit test. RTT Automotive Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1365510, citation number 1, item number c and was affirmed as a final order on April 15, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 609 Amistad Drive, Laredo, Texas 78041.
