29 CFR 1910.134(m)(1):Records of medical evaluations required by 29 CFR 1910.134 were not retained and made available in accordance with 1910.1020: On or about May 13, 2022, the employer did not retain records for individuals that completed their medical evaluations. The employer had five employees that had medical evaluations that were completed with no records.
