29 CFR 1910.134(m)(2)(ii): Fit test records were not retained for respirator users until the next fit test was administered: (a) Johnson Matthey, Inc., located at 456 Devon Park Drive Wayne, PA: On or about February 14, 2022, the employer failed to maintain records of fit testing for those employees required to wear full face elastomeric respirators such as but not limited to 3M 6800/6900 with multi gas/vapor cartridges to protect against toxic vapors while performing the ammonium hydroxide (30%) tote changeout.
