29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(2): An initial determination was not made to determine if any employee may be exposed to lead at or above the action level: OLD AND NEW FIRING ROOMS AND PRODUCTION AREAS: On or about February 22, 2022, the employer had not conducted exposure monitoring to determine employee exposure to lead when test firing and servicing firearms. Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing, Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(2)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1342306, citation number 1, item number 4b and was affirmed as a final order on January 24, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Burritt Street, New Britain, CT.
