29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces were inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: (a) Sawmill - On or about February 2, 2022, the employer had not inspected walking-working surfaces and employees were exposed to fall and trip hazards. The Jefferson County Timber, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1438670, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/26/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 210 Industrial Park Rd, Fayette, MS 39069.
