29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: At Pratt (Jet Corr), Inc; on or about February 2, 2022, Employees were exposed to chemicals such as but not limited to Seyco Clean ATD. The employer did not label a spray bottle with necessary product identifier and words, pictures, symbols or combination thereof.
