29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors or potentially injurious light radiation: All Best Contractors Corporation does not ensure that employees use eye/face protection while using air nailers and portable circular saws at the worksite. This violation was most recently observed, on or about 01/19/22, at Barington Court, Building 3 in Mt. Holly: a- Barington Court, Building 3, Mt. Holly NJ: Workers were exposed to struck by hazards when using air nailers and portable circular saws without eye or face protection. Condition observed on or about 01/19/22. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
