29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: a) On or before December 15, 2021 and at times prior, employees used a bench grinder at the service bay area. The work rest of the bench grinder was not adjusted closely to the wheel and had an opening of approximately one fourth inch.
