29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2):The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed: a. Facility Wide - On or about December 14, 2021, the employer had not certified that a hazard assessment had been completed and PPE requirements been identified. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
