29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the width of the working space in front of electrical equipment was less than the width of the equipment or 762 mm (30 inches), whichever was greater : a. 1 Silverline Dr., North Brunswick, NJ - PIT Charging Area - Shipping Docks The employer did not ensure that a space of at least 30 inches was maintained in front of electrical equipment. The employer established a powered industrial truck charging station directly in front of the circuit breaker panels. Employees and staffing agency employees engaged in warehousing activities parked powered industrial equipment, that included, but was not limited to Jungheinrich Model ERC327 electric pallet jacks, directly in front of the breaker panels that did not maintain a 30-inch area to ensure access to the electrical equipment. Violation observed on or about November 19, 2021
