29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent and the line-of-sight to an exit was not clearly visible: a) At building 610, throughout the facility, on or about November 18, 2021, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to entrapment hazards, in that the employer did not post signs indicating direction of travel to the nearest exit for employees who worked inside the building. b) At the storage building, throughout the facility, located on Space Place, on or about November 18, 2021, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to entrapment hazards, in that the employer did not post signs indicating direction of travel to the nearest exit for employees who worked inside the building. Place Vendome Holding Co., Inc. DBA R & F Marketing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1503876, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on June 14, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 308 Glenwood Road, Swainsboro, GA 30401.
