29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 2153 Seqoia Drive, Lot 263 The Preserve, Auburn, Alabama: On or about November 16, 2021; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 30 feet to the ground below. The Jorge Luis Garcia Hervert dba Jorge Luis Garcia Hervert was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1303100, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 3, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 710 Shelton Cove Lane, Lot 42 Shelton Cove, Auburn, Alabama.
