29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1): Warning lines were not erected around all sides of the roof work area. The employer failed to ensure that warning lines were not erected around all sides of the roof work area. The condition was most recently observed on or about 11/08/2021 at a commercial building located at 801 Assembly Parkway in Fenton, MO. Geissler Roofing Company, Inc. had not erected warning lines to protect employees while working on low-sloped roofs. The employees were installing roofing materials on the roof, which was approximately 42 feet above the ground, without the proper use of a warning line system.
