NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. Krisanna Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standards 29 CFR 1926.1153(i)(2)(i)(A), 1926.1153(i)(2)(i)(B) and 1926.1153(i)(2)(i)(C), which were contained in OSHA inspection number 1454698, citation number 1, item numbers 2a, 2b and 2c and were affirmed as a final order on 5/27/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 4 Executive Dr, Marlton, NJ 08053.
