29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) Compressor Room: Unused openings in a 200 amp breaker panel box exposed employees to an electric shock hazard, on or about November 16, 2021. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION AFC Industries PA, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Administration standard, 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1502728, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on February 25, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 232 S. Poplar Street, Berwick, PA.
