29 CFR 1910.176(c): Storage areas were not kept free from accumulation of materials that constituted hazards from tripping, fire, explosion or pest harborage: a) Alpha Industrial Waste Services Corporation located at 745 North 3rd Street, Cambridge, OH 43725: On and preceding August 31, 2021, the employer stored various materials under a wooden staircase that was one of two egress routes within the building, creating a fire hazard.
