29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6):The employer did not certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l): (a) On or about 8/23/2021 and at times prior - 282 Fieldstone Rd, Oneonta, AL 35121, in the Truck Yard, employees were exposed to caught between hazards when connecting the Kalmar Ottawa Terminal Tractor, S/N 212209, a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT), at the fifth wheel with trailers because the employer did not certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated.
