29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation shall be protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with paragraph (b) or (c) of this section: a) 30 Williams Street, Northampton, MA: On or about August 3, 2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to cave-in hazards while working in an unprotected excavation measuring approximately 5'5" to 13' feet high x 70' long x 9' to 10' wide.
