29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(ii): The employer did not assure that each employee, as necessary, had been trained by a competent person in the correct procedures for erecting, maintaining, disassembling and inspecting the fall protection systems to be used: 29 S Bedford St., Woburn, On or about, July 17, 2021, employees were exposed to falls of up to 22 feet while installing a solar energy system on a residential single-family house roof were not adequately trained in the installation, used and limitations of the personal fall arrest and restraint equipment, anchorage installation and use, the allowable working zones to reduce the risk of swing falls and improper loading.
