Located at 176 Preserve Drive in Pickerington, Ohio: On or about July 8, 2021, employees were operating pneumatic nailers without eye protection to fasten sheathing to the roof trusses and stud walls, thereby exposing the employees to a struck by hazard. Raymundo Cortes Munguia Aka Raymond Cortes was previously cited for a repeat violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1378639, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 04/25/2019, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 49, 704 Salisbury Street, Pickerington, Ohio 43147. Raymond Cortes was previously cited for a serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1358710, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 12/11/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 7033 Cannon Drive, Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110.
