29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a. On or about June 25, 2021, located at 161 Shaleridge Drive, Pataskala, OH 43062, the employer did not maintain a safety and health program to ensure detection and correction of hazards during construction activities. The A&E Roofing Rubber LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.21(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1357646, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 22, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 300 Mulberry Avenue, Pomeroy, OH 45769.
