29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a- Lot #24, 277 E Crescent Ave, Mahwah NJ: An employee engaged in sheathing activities on a 6-7 pitched roof exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16-18 & 25ft to the ground below as a means of fall protection had not been utilized. Condition noted on or about 06/05/2021
