29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- Lot 13, Block 700.08, 14 Coliseum Drive, Eastampton NJ: Workers were exposed to a fall hazard, up to and in excess of 10 feet 6 inches to the ground surface below, when walking and working from atop a residential structure's pitched roof trusses and roof sheathing roof without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 06/10/2021.
