29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1):The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part: (a) Jobsite located on 2802 Cecil B. Moore Ave. Philadelphia, PA - 19121: The employer has not developed an accident prevention program to ensure the mitigation of employee exposure to residential construction hazards while performing framing duties. Condition was observed on or about June 1, 2021. AE Carpenters, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1406812, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 24, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1206 N Oriana St, Philadelphia, PA- 19122. AE Carpenters, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1291667, Citation Number 2, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 20, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 433 North 35th Street.
