29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) This violation occurred on or about May 19, 2021, at a workplace located at 12304 Blackburn Way, Farmers Branch, TX; where employees, who were working from top of framing structure, were not protected from falling to the ground below. The Maria Yanez/EDL Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1346287, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/27/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 3622 Ohain Drive, Irving, TX 75062; And Inspection number 1351616, citation number 1, item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/30/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 3634 Ohain Dr., Irving, TX 75062; And Inspection number 1477935, citation number 1, item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/26/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 7702 Sonian Forest, Irving, TX 75062; And Inspection number 1479150, citation number 1, item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/26/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 10237 Blackburn Way, Farmers Branch, TX 75234; And Inspection number 1500270, citation number 1, item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 02/18/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1649 Harlan Ave., Farmers Branch, TX 75234; And Inspection number 1506824, citation number 1, item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 02/18/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 12015 Hesse Dr., Farmers Branch, TX 75234.
