29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. a) Agners Framing Construction LLC., at a jobsite located at 161 Crimson Drive, Lot 13478, Newark, Ohio 43055: On and/or preceding May 18, 2021, the employer failed to train employees on the hazards found on the worksite or the procedures to control or eliminate the hazards for employees conducting framing work. Agners Framing Construction LLC. AKA Rojas Construction, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1385399, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on May 7, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 6729 North Hamilton Road, building #5, Westerville, OH 43081.
