29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: a) At the jobsite 9251 Royal River Cir, Parrish, FL employees were installing wood sheeting and framing an 5/12 sloped roof area of a residence. Employer did not provided fall protection training to the employees, exposing the employees to a fall hazard, on or about May 12, 2021. b) At the jobsite, 9255 Royal River Cir, Parrish, FL employees were installing wood sheeting and framing an 5/12 sloped roof area of a residence. Employer did not provided fall protection training to the employees, exposing the employees to a fall hazard, on or about May 12, 2021. The Domingos 54 Construction Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1467585, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/21/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 10813 Applewood Range Way, Tampa, FL.
