29 CFR 1926.454(a):The employer shall have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. a. On all levels of the exterior scaffold system, at 22 Ocean Ridge Boulevard North in Palm Coast Florida: On or about April 15, 2021, and at times prior, the employer did not train employees who erected and worked from scaffold systems to recognize and minimize hazards associated with scaffold systems.
