29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: On or about April 21, 2021, and at times prior thereto, employees were conducting servicing by threading surface material through a WALCO Roller Coater machine without first being trained on the lockout/tagout program, exposing the employees to the hazard of being caught-in moving parts. The MooreCo, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1289686, citation number 1, item 3b and was affirmed as a final order on June 11, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2885 Lorraine Ave, Temple, TX 76501.
