29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Texas Fifth Wall Roofing Systems, Inc. employees perform roofing activities and does not initiate a safe program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person, as defined in 29 CFR 1926. The employer does not inspect the working areas to determine unprotected openings, holes (including skylights), and other fall or trip hazards prior to initiation of work.
