29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite located at 2235 Castor Avenue, Philadelphia, Pa -The employer did not provide training to employees engaged in roofing activities. Employees were working on roof approximately 25 feet above the ground level. Employees were not trained on how to recognize, evaluate, and mitigate hazards associated with working on a roof. Condition was observed on or about 29 MAR 2021. Green Bay Construction, Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1413126, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/29/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 6958 Torresdale Avenue, Philadelphia, Pa.
