29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) On or about 03/23/2021 - Building 315 Green Warehouse, an employee was exposed to fire hazards due to temporary wiring being plugged into a relocatable power tap (RPT) that was plugged into a wall outlet and used to power a Craftsman 10-inch circular saw.
