29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access: Employees engaged in residential roofing activities at the jobsites located at 4932 Peregrine St, Wichita, KS, were exposed to falls from approximately 10 feet from the roof to the ground below, in that the aluminum ladder used to access the roof did not extend 3 feet from the eave of the roof. Jesus Quevedo was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1500409, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/09/21, with respect to a workplace located at 4932 Peregrine St, Wichita, KS.
