1910.1200(h)(3)(iv) The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer: On or about February 19, 2021, Employees were exposed to chemical hazards related to welding and paint operations and the employer did not provide the employees with hazard communication training that included and explanation of pictogram labeling requirements in accordance with the standard as it pertains to their work activities. MIDWEST TRAILER MANUFACTURING, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1910.1200 (H)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1152996 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2B, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OCTOBER 7, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2000 KENTVILLE RD., KEWANEE, ILLINOIS 61443.
