29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): a) Injection Room: On or about February 4, 2021 an employee was potentially exposed to Stoddard Solvent while washing parts containing unknown concentrations of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and was not assessed for use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
