29 CFR 1910.132(h)(1):The employer did not provide personnel protective equipment (PPE) at no cost to employees, except as provided by paragraphs(h)(2) through (h)(6) of this section: a. On or about December 14, 2020, at the establishment, the employer did not provide personal protective equipment including but not limited to hard hats, gloves, and fire resistant shirts at no cost to employees who were exposed to overhead hazards, fires, and grease.
