29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. a. Located at 4172 Holstein Drive in Columbus, Ohio: On or about December 9, 2020, an employee was setting trusses from the top of an exterior wall without a hard hat, thereby exposed to a struck-by hazard as the truss was hoisted overhead into place. Angel Andrade was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1482119, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/03/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 833-869 Hidden Springs Drive, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035.
