29 CFR 1910.147(c)(5)(ii): Lockout devices and tagout devices were not singularly identified: On or about November 17, 2020, the employer failed to ensure that the locks and tags being used for performing lock out tag out were singularly identifiable. There are only two locks being used and no tags so it is unclear as to who is performing the service work or clearing of a jam on equipment and machinery, to include but not limited to, the Ormond Fillers and Feeders. NOTE: The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or it's equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection #1424464, citation 1, item 1b, which was affirmed as final order on October 29, 2019, with respect to the workplace located at 9759 Church Road West, Walls, MS 38680.
