29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2):Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: On or about 11/5/2020, prior to initial use of a respirator, the employer failed to ensure that employees who are required to wear a tight-fitting face piece type respirator while spraying adhesive were fit tested. Commercial Stainless Fabricators, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.134(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1374740, citation number 3, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/29/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1035 Cobb Industrial Drive, Marietta, Georgia 30066.
